Regroup
Women's Cycling
From original concept to a production-ready cycling kit

Overview
I developed an original visual concept for Regroup Women's Cycling's new kit, taking the project from initial concept through production-ready artwork and final garment visualization.
The challenge
The team wanted a fresh, vibrant direction inspired by southwest landscapes, desert sunrises, and monsoon skies.
The original graphic needed a more feminine, summery color direction using Eliel Apparel's approved swatches, with room for the team's branding and three sponsor logos.
The solution
I built the graphic from black-and-white photographic textures in Adobe Photoshop. CMYK channel-based masks let me selectively apply Eliel's approved swatches, creating transitions from pink to lilac and blue while controlling the final print colors.

From approval
to production
I first developed the jersey as a 2D mockup for team approval. Once approved, I created the production panels and used them to build the final 3D garment visualization.

Impact
+179%Higher revenue
The new kit generated 179% more revenue than the team's previous release.
The response from team members and supporters made it one of Regroup Women's Cycling's most successful kit launches.
